Job Description
- Receiving the customer’s introduction letter and entering the data into the system in coordination with the sales team.
- Preparing all sales results (weekly - monthly - annual) in a consolidated report and presenting it to the direct manager.
- Preparing all commission reports for all departments at the company level.
- Coordination with project management to review any procedure or update in the plans and spaces based on which they are sold or rented.
- Updating the CRM system with all inventory data in terms of (spaces - prices - codes - unit reservations - customer data).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in (Commerce - Marketing - Business Administration)
- 2-4 years of experience in the same field
- English very good
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
