Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager - Real Estate located in Cairo, Egypt for Reportage Egypt. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process to ensure that targets are met or exceeded. This includes identifying potential clients, developing relationships with them, generating leads, completing sales, and maintaining relationships over time. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a sales team within the organization and for actively collaborating with other departments to develop new sales strategies. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create effective sales plans. Set sales goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance against targets.
