Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the Pharmaceutical sector
- Promote pharmaceutical products and explain their features, benefits
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products
- Follow up with clients to maintain strong business relationships
- Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback using CRM systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in tele sales or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
