Job Description
Ethically achieving the monthly sales target per product |
Manages all the plans required in the department as team members plans in the different accounts & health day schedules in the different accounts |
Suggests all the required activities in the pharmacies to help the promoter to achieve the target |
Maintains brand image through confirming that the assigned products are presented in a proper way to the consumers. |
Working closely with the pharmacies sales operational director to avoid any shortage specially before the health days and events in the pharmacy |
Regularly visits the pharmacies & the chain pharmacies management offices to build a business relationship with all the stakeholders (pharmacists, assistants, purchasers,….. etc.) |
Regularly communicates with the stores of the chain pharmacies and the pharmacies to ensure the products availability

Attending healthy days in clinics and pharmacies upon request. |
Working closely with the marketing department to support the promoters with the requested tools for the activities & routine work |
Maintaining an excellent medical, products and competitors’ knowledge. |
Follows-up on the utilization and allocation of all marketing tools to ensure achieving the planned ROI. |
Providing continuous written feedback with supported documents about the products, customers and competitors. |
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree |
Excellent MS office & internet browsing |
Very good English & Arabic (written & spoken) |
2 years’ experience in same position in a reputable cosmeceutical company 7-10 years’ experience in trade marketing in a reputable cosmeceutical company Excellent leadership skills Excellent relation with the KOLs in the pharmacies & pharmacies management specially in the chain pharmacies Excellent planning & time management skills |
