Job Description
- Responds to faxes and external and internal correspondence Organizes appointments with external parties and determines their locations

- Numbering and archiving the institution’s documents and files according to the followed system, and ensuring that all employees in the institution follow the numbering and archiving system
- Making sales orders (local and imported) on the system
- Making sales invoices (local and imported) on the system and excel Making purchases invoices (local and imported) on the system and excel

Job Requirements
- Academic qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws
- Languages - Join and Information Or any suitable high qualifications experiences
- Microsoft office expert
