Job Description

Project specialist who will take over doing assigned tasks for an up-and-coming e-commerce platform (web and app) based on WOOCOMMERCE. Responsibility and expectations include but are not limited to:
Employment Type: Full-time
Strong english & arabic writing, reading, and speaking skills (messaging, content writing, content editing)
Customer service (answering calls, making telemarketing calls, answering emails, and responding to messages on whatsapp and livechat, raising tickets) on FRESHDESK
Virtual assistance
Sales
Email marketing
Research
Handling bills, invoices, & files (on easy-to-use google workspace)

Job Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
