Store Keeper

The storekeeper is fully responsible for all the work assigned to him and for all documents that he edits or reviews. He must issue loading orders, work orders & supervising the warehouse workers. Training the storekeepers assistants to help him and to maintain the stock inside the storage sites and to maintain the cleanliness of the stores.

• Duties & Responsibilities
   
• Implementing the plans and executive programs for the stores Issuing inventory documents in accordance with the procedures followed, while controlling inventory movements.
• Receiving incoming items for warehouses, checking them outwardly, and making sure that they match the purchase orders.
• Execution of exchange, return and addition permissions
• Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves, and safety of stocks in accordance with storage instructions and placing a label for each item to facilitate access to it.
• Follow up the balances in his custody and inventory them weekly to ensure the correctness of the balances and deliver the inventory to his direct manager.
• Addition and exchange based on the inventory base (FIFO).
• Supervising workers during the processes of adding, arranging and organizing stocks correctly in accordance with the instructions Implementation of all tasks required by the warehouse manager and Stock Controllers within the limits of work in the warehouse management
• Submit a weekly report to the warehouse manager and Stock Controllers to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with a statement of the reason
