    Job Responsibilities:
  • Helping customers use and troubleshoot electronic products.
  • Resolving technical issues.
  • Coordinating with business units to support new product developments.
  • Providing technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Documenting all technical support instructions.
     

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English (B2-C1).
  • Egyptians.
  • Graduates from any major.
  • Clear Military status (Males).
  • Flexible with Rotational shifts.
