Job Description
Sales Activities:
- Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Responsible for visiting /contacting potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Responsible for negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Social media leads communication
- Responsible for gathering market and customer information.
- Responsible for representing Beacon at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- Responsible for delivering the Client need to the Account Managers
- Responsible for developing the needed Clients’ Proposals.
- Responsible for advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Responsible for recording sales.
- Responsible for reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Responsible for gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
After Sales Activities:
- Sending training request to the operation department to book the trainers
- Briefing the operations & the trainer on client objectives and expected outcomes out of the training
- Taking feedback from clients
- Coordinating with the finance to ensure the collection is on date
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of reputable university (Commerce/ Business Administration is preferable)
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in sales field (preferably training industry)
- Very Good command of English Language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fast learner
- Flexible
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
