Job Description
•Coordinating office management activities to aid executives.
• Screening incoming correspondences/faxes and ensuring delivery to intended recipients.
• drafting /proofreading / translating letters and other correspondences.
• Preparing meeting agendas and schedule meetings and appointments nationally and internationally, internally and externally.
•Organizing traveling trips; which includes booking tickets, visa appointments for the Executives and employees and our clients if needed inside and outside Egypt.
• Filing all confidential and important documents as well as other regular documents and contracts.
• Arranging touristic visits and programs for foreign clients and visitors during their stay in Egypt.
• Taking, recording meeting minutes and following up with all the action items included.
•Preparing presentations when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office
