Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the feed production facility to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes.
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and quality control protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and reduce equipment failures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in feed production or a related manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in supervising or managing production teams.
