Job Description

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
3. Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to clients.
4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
5. Stay informed on market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Requirements

Proven sales experience (preferably in construction materials like mortar, cement, dry mix).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
Knowledge of the local construction market is a strong advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus
