Job Description
A Salesperson / Reservation Agent to manage client inquiries, promote wellness programs, and handle reservation processes with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing detailed information about wellness programs, services, and packages.
- Build strong guest relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and payments using the center’s booking system.
- Coordinate closely with wellness, operations, and front office teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservations, sales, or front office (hospitality or wellness preferred).
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset.
- Experience using reservation systems or CRM tools is a plus.
