This role combines expertise in planning and executing paid media campaigns with hands-on social media management to create impactful strategies that drive results. Flexibility, time management, and staying updated with trending social media strategies are critical. This is a hybrid position, requiring both on-site and off-site work depending on the project needs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (Google Ads excluded). - Conduct audience research to identify effective targeting strategies.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to incorporate into ad and organic strategies.
- Track and analyze organic social media performance to refine content strategies.
- Generate performance reports for both paid and organic social media efforts.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams to align on goals and strategies.
