Role Overview
- The Social Media Content Writer will be primarily responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and impactful written content across Sara Minkara’s digital platforms. This role involves turning complex ideas about leadership, inclusion, and authenticity into clear, relatable posts and captions that resonate with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can adapt writing style for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube descriptions, Substack articles, and other channels.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit engaging captions, posts, and short-form copy for social media platforms.
- Draft long-form content such as Substack newsletters, blog posts, or scripts for short videos.
- Ensure all written content aligns with Sara’s voice, tone, and mission.
- Repurpose speeches, event transcripts, and interviews into digestible, shareable written content.
- Collaborate with the team to create a content calendar focused on storytelling and thought leadership.
- Research current trends and topics to develop timely and relevant content ideas.
- Support social media engagement by drafting professional and thoughtful responses to comments or inquiries.
- Work closely with designers or video editors (when needed) by providing clear, strong written copy to accompany visuals.
