Job Description
- Oversee the installation, integration, and Programming of Fire Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, intruder alarms, Public Address systems, and other low-current security systems.
- Engage with clients to understand and analyze business challenges, and translate them into technical designs.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure efficient and successful project execution.
- Partner with project managers to develop detailed plans and work breakdown structures for large-scale projects.
- Prepare and write proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), Method Statements, and other necessary documentation for customers.
- Verify and confirm Bills of Quantities (BOQ), preliminary expenses, and other costs in advance to avoid unaccounted expenses.
- Present design concepts and workflow processes to customers, collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal delivery timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest technology developments relevant to low current systems through ongoing professional development.
- Ability to identify and articulate hidden customer requirements, achieving client consensus and clarity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering, with a minimum grade of "Good".
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on experience with light current systems, including Fiber Optics, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and Intercom systems
- Simplex or Autocall knowledge is a Must.
- Extensive knowledge of security and low current systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual systems, intruder alarms, and structured cabling.
- Advanced understanding of technical terminology related to company products and services.
- Expertise in delivering clear and effective presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, essential for both internal team collaboration and external client interactions.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively with high-level technical staff within client organizations.
