Job Description
- Create and maintain a log for daily workers.
- Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Photocopy and scan reports to maintain, both, a hardcopy and a softcopy, and to upload on the server for information sharing among all relevant stakeholders.
- Submit a report, whenever needed by the department Manager, regarding the status of daily workers.
- Liaise with the Timekeeping Manager to receive daily wages, obtain signature from department Manager.
- Create and maintain an updated sheet for all projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years of experience as a admin assistant.
- Preferred construction experience.
- Excellent English language.
