Job Description
- Manage the daily maintenance plans in co-operation with Maintenance Head.
- Review daily maintenance reports.
- Negotiating spare parts' prices with clients.
- Preparing financial offers of spare parts and visits' cost.
- Handling clients' complaints.
- Prepare and negotiate maintenance contracts with clients.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to maintenance
- Measuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer in the industrial field.
- Good understanding of Mechanical concepts.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Obour city residents, or nearby places.
