Job Description
- Preparing the offers assessments to Identify the best suppliers in terms of cost, quality and delivery plan, negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing pricelists, terms and conditions.
- Adapting corporate contractual framework to the local business needs, recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval, supporting bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information
- Tracking goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensuring invoice processing, overseeing supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.
- Initiating purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring and tracking supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
- Ensuring supplier orders acknowledgment/confirmation is in line with the customers’ requirements in terms of scope, delivery, quality and price, conducting all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Contributing to vendor list management by collecting data from suppliers and ensuring accurate, maintaining updated information for any purchasing parameters and indicators.
- Review supplier quotations to ensure accuracy and appropriateness and resolve any related issues.
Job Requirements
Education: B.Sc. of Business Administration and/or engineering or related field plus
- Years of Experience: 3-7 years.
- Have experience in components of Schneider electrical panels.
- Excellent in English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business applications.
