???? Job Title: Brand & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Cairo, Egypt (Sheikh Zayed – Onsite preferred, hybrid possible)

???? About Us

DEEJU International Group is the official global brand and exclusive distributor of 4M Plastics, a world-class PVC vinyl manufacturer based in Egypt. We operate across multiple international verticals:

DEEJU POOLS is a premium brand offering commercial pool liners, anti-slip membranes, and full installation services.

DEEJU TEXTILES provides PVC vinyls for fashion, bags, footwear, furniture, and automotive applications.

KANDIL is a known U.S. brand offering PVC automotive textiles and factory seconds to the aftermarket export sector.

We are actively building all three brands from Egypt to global markets and are seeking a smart, organized, and creative Brand & Marketing Coordinator to help us execute across platforms and campaigns.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Brand Management

Help define and maintain the visual tone and voice of DEEJU POOLS, DEEJU TEXTILES, and KANDIL

Coordinate with freelance designers and agencies on logos, catalogs, packaging, and marketing visuals

Keep brand assets and libraries updated and organized

???? Social Media & Content

Develop and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing

Use tools like Canva, Envato, or other content platforms to create visuals

Write captions and coordinate bilingual posts

Track engagement and suggest new creative campaigns based on season, trends, or launches

Must be AI-savvy and comfortable working with digital content generation tools

???? International Brand Presence

Assist in producing multilingual product catalogs and flyers

Coordinate with translators, printers, and packaging vendors

Support trade show prep: banners, QR codes, swatch presentations, and physical marketing kits

???? Marketing Operations

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing and branding campaigns across multiple platforms

Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across materials and departments

Assist in implementing strategies to build brand awareness and expand market share

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement

Support execution of trade shows, promotional events, and product launches

Keep marketing materials updated and aligned with brand guidelines

Conduct light market research on trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities

Coordinate with external vendors and partners for production and delivery of materials

Prepare reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI

???? What We’re Looking For

1–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or content creation

Strong visual eye and attention to brand consistency

Experience with Canva or similar visual platforms

Fluent in English & Arabic (Spanish is a plus)

Website content editing experience (WordPress or similar CMS)

Organized, consistent, and able to work across multiple divisions

Creative and proactive personality

???? Bonus Skills

Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing

Experience in the textile, construction, or pool industries

Trade show or promotional campaign experience

???? Position Details

Location: Cairo – Sheikh Zayed (Onsite preferred, hybrid possible)

Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive based on experience + performance-based bonus

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year and up to 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work onsite in a collaborative office setting.
