Quality Assurance Section Head

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Section Head to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing robust quality systems, with a strong preference for individuals who have spent significant time in the furniture manufacturing sector. This role is critical to ensuring our products consistently meet and exceed both our rigorous internal standards and our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
 

-Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with industry best practices and company objectives.
-Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
-Establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards throughout the entire product lifecycle, from raw material inspection to final product shipment.
-Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to integrate quality considerations into product design and manufacturing processes.
-Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
-Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
-Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and quality standards relevant to furniture manufacturing.
-Participate in supplier qualification and management processes, ensuring that materials and components meet quality requirements.
