Job Description
- Oversee and manage all factory operations and production processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and discipline.
- Manage inventory, production scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies in operations.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management.

Job Requirements
1. Experience
- 5–10 years of work experience in the aluminum industry, preferably in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum extrusion, shaping, finishing processes, and aluminum alloys.
2. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma are a plus.
