Warehouse & Shipping Shift Supervisor

• Guardian glass is currently hiring for a Shipping Supervisor position on its facility on 10th of Ramadan City. 
• Responsibilities will include leading employees and driving improvements in the areas of safety, productivity, efficiency, production, and quality in their assigned area.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Provide leadership and direction for the safety of all employees and visitors to the facility.
• Helping Team to understand and apply Market-Based Management® as a framework to be used in performing all of work.
• Lead, track and improve performance on key location goals and objectives that create the greatest value.
• Encourage and develop employees to improve their individual and organizational performance and practice a principled entrepreneurship approach.
• Lead performance management and corrective action processes for employees.
• Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques that create ongoing business transformation.
• Work with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectations.
• Help employees improve and advance to create an environment of the greatest possible chance for success.
• Should have hands on experience in warehouse and shipping relegated activities.
• Planning/ scheduling the activities and execute them in timely and efficient manner.
