MEP Manager

1. Manage the technical studies for utilities in alignment with the overall work program of the project.

2. Participate in preparing the sector’s annual budget in coordination with the concerned departments and submit it for the sector head’s approval.

3. Supervise the preparation of the scope of work for the consultant(s) (design consultants) and ensure the evaluation of technical and financial proposals in coordination with the tendering department.

4. Review tender documents.

5. Manage design contracts.

6. Manage and review the preliminary design drawings.

7. Review (tender documents and schedules) in coordination with the project management consultant.

8. Coordinate with the New Urban Communities Authority to approve the utility network for the project.

9. Coordinate with government agencies to obtain necessary permits, in cooperation with the Government Relations Department.

10. Supervise implementation plans and ensure their compliance with multi-discipline design requirements.

11. Participate in resolving obstacles during execution, with the assistance of technical support consultants.

12. Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the sector head, stating achievements and attaching relevant documents.

13. Prepare technical studies and reports related to utilities for submission to the CEO and board members.

14. Participate in the review and approval of design works within the execution phases, in line with delegated financial authority limits.

15. Provide necessary technical support to other sectors and carry out tasks assigned by the sector head.
