Job Description

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Off-Shore project “Aviation”
  • Handling Customers complains
  • Rotational 8 working hours including 45 min break ( starting from 6 Am to 9 Pm )
  • two days off
  • Transportation provided
  • 7000 To 7800 EGP Per Month, Gross Salary

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent up to Fluent English
  • Grads only
  • Good communication and Handling skills
  • Prefer October, Sheikh Zayed, Haram, Fesial and Maadi Residents
  • Prefer Call center previous experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
