Job Description
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Off-Shore project “Aviation”
- Handling Customers complains
- Rotational 8 working hours including 45 min break ( starting from 6 Am to 9 Pm )
- two days off
- Transportation provided
- 7000 To 7800 EGP Per Month, Gross Salary
Job Requirements
- Excellent up to Fluent English
- Grads only
- Good communication and Handling skills
- Prefer October, Sheikh Zayed, Haram, Fesial and Maadi Residents
- Prefer Call center previous experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
