Understand project requirements and concepts
Create and monitor social media strategies and campaigns and monthly content that you will be managing.
Work with designer and purchasing dept create drafts, models and prototypes and mockups for packaging options & materials.
Monitor and delegate final brand solutions (e.g. logos, banners, packaging designs, interfaces, presentations)
Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects and the PICO brand.
Collaborate with team members to launch designs and campaigns.
Take on special marketing tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. internal & external branding or offline & online events/ occasions).
Use feedback from leaders to improve work.
Create and plan in advance yearly Marketing strategy in correlation with annual marketing budget
Articulate and demonstrate the Company Mission, Vision and Values.
Gather and deduce key insights through marketing analytics for visible performance metrics from all marketing activities.

BSc/BA in Marketing or a related field is mandatory.
3 - 4 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist in a creative/advertising and marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media fundamentals and engagement (Facebook Business Suite, google analytics).
Strong Microsoft suite and excel skills.
Understanding of visual elements and brand guidelines (layout, type and fonts).
Excellent communication ability (English & Arabic).
Excellent time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
Positive, pro-active, flexible, and problem-solving aptitude.
Handles rejection and is brief- focused.
People-skills IS A MUST
