This is a client-facing support role that will focus on our network products, ensuring they are maintained, and optimized in line with client requirements.Key Responsibilities Provide client-facing support for our network products and related infrastructure. Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment. Monitor product performance and proactively resolve connectivity and stability issues. Implement and maintain product-specific network security policies and configurations. Assist in upgrades, patching, and maintenance of our network products. Collaborate with internal engineering teams and vendors for product-related escalations. Maintain documentation of product deployments, incidents, and support activities. Deliver timely support in accordance with defined SLAs and response timelines.Education And Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network support. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and switching technologies. Experience with firewall administration, VPN technologies, and secure networking practices. Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.Key Skills Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent). Experience in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.). Prior exposure to supporting proprietary or specialized network products. Knowledge of data center or cloud networking concepts is a plus.#KATIM
