Job Description
- Understanding PLC code, Schematic wiring, P&ID process diagrams and Scada system (Siemens step 7 is preferred) FLS Design is prefer for cement industry.
- Understanding PLC, HMI, VFD’s, Servo, Sensors, Instrumentation and industrial control systems, including advanced programming techniques and configurations.
- Install, test and operate instrumentation Devices components.
- Executing the maintenance work schedule (preventive, predictive and during shutdowns as provided).
- Recommendations for system improvements.
- Possessing an understanding of calibration procedures for process instruments.
- Providing effective advanced trouble shooting support, following best practices for safety and fault isolation.
Job Requirements
- 0 to 3 Years of experience in any Heavy industry.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Hands on experience in Industrial Automation & instrumentations.
- Previous exposure to PLC/SCADA System.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act within a team.
