· 1-2 Years of Experience in the IT Field.
· Strong knowledge of network administration (LAN, WAN, and internet technologies).
· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
· Good understanding of network security protocols and procedures.
· Excellent customer service skills, focusing on delivering effective and timely solutions.
· Strong communication skills for conveying technical information clearly.
· Very good command of English.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
· Ability to work flexible hours.
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
· Proven track record of creative problem-solving and critical thinking in challenging situations.
· Attention to detail and keenness in delivering high-quality work at all costs.
Additional Technical Skills:
· Experience in cloud computing and virtualization is a plus.
· Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Server+ are advantageous.
· Experience in managing IT Projects is a plus.
