Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary orientation and resources.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and the HR manager to ensure smooth transitions and integration of new employees.
- Manage employee benefits programs and leave policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Coordinate and organize employee activities and events.
- Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR personnel management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and Egyptian Labor Law.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
