Arabian Vision is seeking a talented and creative Senior Technical Landscape Architect to join our team in New Cairo. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and development of innovative landscape solutions for a major new urban development projects. This role involves applying standard engineering and design techniques within the landscape architecture discipline while working both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop unique and creative landscape design concepts for various project developments.

Responsibilities

• Execute project-related tasks independently under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
• Manage internal resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Take responsibility and accountability for assigned project tasks.
• Support overall landscape design work with a strong understanding of design aesthetics, technical detailing, and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, health and safety requirements, and sustainability guidelines.
• Maintain a solid understanding of local construction practices and their impact on design.
• Demonstrate a collaborative and team-oriented approach in all aspects of landscape architecture.
• Utilize technical tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office Suite.
