The ability to supervise, schedule, motivate, positively discipline, and plan all Electromechanical activities in TMG Hotels
The ability to deal with high-end operators and coordinate accordingly
The ability to deal with Finance, purchasing, and operations with a highly skilled communication
Monitoring all Electro-Mechanical Projects \ Renovations in all TMG Hotels
Monthly reports stating the Electro-Mechanical projects to his direct report
The ability to monitor all the fire Life Safety equipment in first-class order in all TMG Hotels, Follow up with all the Electro-Mechanical Equipment/network (Hot water systems,
A/C and ventilation systems, kitchen, laundry, pool systems, water chemical system, Fire equipment,…etc.
The ability to plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to ensure an efficient, timely, and proactive Mechanical department.
The ability to ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.
The ability to develop an energy conservation program allows the hotels to meet their annual budget targets and more saving.
The ability to respond properly in any TMG hospitality area emergency or safety situation.
