    Role Description:
  • Taager is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

     Location: Maadi

     Job Description:
  • Be the primary focal point of contact on our ecommerce platform.
  • Help our Merchants through email and phone to make sure their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Building Rapports with Merchants.
  • Providing Stock of Products for the Merchants and Coordinating with other Teams.
  • Helping Our Merchants to grow Their Business .

Job Requirements

Skills

Candidate Profile
Must have: Technical 

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager (3+ years of experience).
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel).

 
Must have: Personal 

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maximum age is 27
  • Males Only

Preferable to have: 

  • Experience in e-commerce industry.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
