Job Description

Etisalat Global Services is hiring English speakers to work as Customer Service Representatives (Etisalat UAE Project)

 

Job description:

1)Communicating with customers via Inbound Calls.

2)Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

3)Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

4)Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

5)Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


 

Job Requirements

Work Location:
Maadi (Transportation not provided)

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
-Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and work under pressure
-Experience with troubleshooting network, internet, and software issues
-Knowledge of telecommunication products and services is preferred
-Understanding of customer service principles and practices
-Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
 
Job benefits:
1)Net salary Up to 10,000 EGP/Month + Commission Up to 5,000 EGP/Month
2)15% increase as cost of living allowance after 3 months of hiring
