Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Accounting Section Head to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, including transaction recording, financial reporting, and overseeing the accounting team.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including transaction recording and financial reporting.
-Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data related to accounting operations.
-Prepare and analyze periodic accounting reports and review guidelines.
-Implement accounting policies and procedures related to operations.
-Supervise, guide, and train the accounting team.
-Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, laws, and relevant regulations.
Job Requirements
*Qualifications and Experience Required:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
-Experience in the accounting field, with proven experience in managing accounting operations for at least 7 to 10 years.
-Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAP.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
-Strong leadership and management skills.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively.
-Accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
-Professional certifications such as CMA (preferred).
-Experience in the construction sector is a plus.
