Job Description
- Conducting regular stock counts, maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, following up on replenishment requests, and ensuring proper labelling and storage of goods.
- Oversee the receipt of incoming materials, issuance to production, and dispatch to customers in a cost-efficient manner.
- Maximize space utilization in the warehouse and be responsible for maintaining 5S in the warehouse areas, along with good warehousing practices.
- Coordinate with logistics service providers to transport goods and resolve logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with the local and company standards.
- Provide timely reports on warehouse operations and inventory status.
- Ensure timely entries in the ERP system.
- Follow FIFO or FEFO and highlight non-moving inventory
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- SAP user and MS Office are a must.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the flavor, fragrance, or food industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
