Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors, leveraging technical knowledge to propose tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers by understanding their technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address customer needs and ensure optimal solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities and value propositions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
- Experience: 1–3 years in a sales engineering,(preferably in a similar industry).
Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in preparing financial business cases.
- Good English (written and spoken).
