Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls from customers who have questions or concerns about their vehicles or services
  • Providing information, advice, and solutions based on the customer’s needs and preferences
  • Scheduling appointments, confirming reservations, and following up with reminders
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and updating records
  • Escalating complex or urgent issues to supervisors or managers as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and customer satisfaction
  • Working with other departments or teams to coordinate services and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a call center setting or the automotive industry. 
- communication Skills, and customer service 
- Knowledge and understanding of call center processes and procedures 
- Experience with web browsers and internet, and ability to work independently or in a group.
