- Answering incoming calls from customers who have questions or concerns about their vehicles or services
- Providing information, advice, and solutions based on the customer’s needs and preferences
- Scheduling appointments, confirming reservations, and following up with reminders
- Processing payments, issuing invoices, and updating records
- Escalating complex or urgent issues to supervisors or managers as needed

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a call center setting or the automotive industry.
