Job Description
- Present, promote and sell products /services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Receive data (Leads, Clients) Receive data from the Data Management Department on the CRM system.
- Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
- 1 year experience at least in telesales field is must.
- Familiar with using the CRM system.
- Excellent use of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Excellent Communication skills.
