Identify and explore new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations demonstrating products and services to clients.
Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements and providing support, information, and guidance.
Understand client requirements and recommend the right product from our product portfolio.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s products and services, competition, pricing, market share and key product differentiation.
Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
Collect and document competitive intelligence
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
Negotiate offers / payment terms / financial solutions and conditions with clients.
Achieving sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Ensure that all contracts related to sales are aligned within the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Maintain sales and customers records complete and updated.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Prepare sales, clients and visit reports on a regular basis.
Provide support to all company departments concerning his/her clients if and when required, such as Installation, Maintenance, Collection departments.
