Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will excel at making outbound calls to potential sellers, engaging with leads from expired listings, FSBO properties, and off-market opportunities, and scheduling listing appointments for our real estate agents. This role is critical in driving our sales pipeline and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional follow-up and relationship building.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills (American or Latino accent preferred)
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and overcome objections
  • Sales mindset: Fast learner, hardworking, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working within USA time zones
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation in real estate.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for CRM management and reporting.
  • Resilient and proactive approach to overcoming objections and challenges.
  • Familiarity with real estate lead sources like expired listings, FSBOs, and Mojo dialer is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must have an active  Payoneer account and an iPhone

Job Requirements

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads, focusing on expired listings, FSBO properties, and off-market opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent, timely, and professional follow-up.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and schedule listing appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition for client interactions.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and manage client and lead information in Mojo Dialer, logging all interactions for reference and strategy optimization.
  • Call Script Mastery: Adapt and utilize provided call scripts to effectively communicate with various lead types, including handling objections professionally.
  • Performance Tracking: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation activities, call performance, and appointment-setting metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
