Skills/Tasks:
- Organization, updating logs, posting schedules and folder structures.
- Analyzing and finding the most effective hashtags using a Hashtag tool (provided).
- Writing engaging captions.
- Responding to comments, engaging with followers.
- Coming up with & creating engaging story posts
- Basic/simple video editing
- Basic/simple photography and videography (using an Iphone)
- Photoshop or Canva photo image creation skills.
- Using an automatic subtitle generator tool (provided)
- Using a post scheduler tool (provided)
- Tracking viral content of other competitors
- Staying up to date with the latest social media algorithm changes/updates.
- Readiness to learn and grow by taking short online courses on social media matters.
Job Requirements
Key Skills (Only apply if you are CONFIDENT of the below):
- Perfect & fluent English writing (captions, posts etc.). Must have attended an English high-school or university.
- Creative skills to come up with campaign ideas as well as structure and theme of the page.
- Technically qualified to grow social media accounts by analyzing results, strategizing and running social media ads effectively.
- Managing multiple accounts (4) all for different businesses, sectors, target audience, clientele.
Past Experience Required (Only apply if you fit at least ONE of the below ):
- Must possess work experience in a physical digital marketing company / social media agency .
- Must have personal a wide freelance experience with proof of growing multiple successful accounts.
- Must have Graphic Design Experience.

Working Location:
- Remote / flexible
Working Hours:
- 9 hours a day - Total 45 hours a week
- 5 days a week. (Sunday to Thursday)
Note: Weekend (Fri+Sat) Posts can be prepared in advance during the weekdays. However, posting at least once a day must continue during the weekend days.
Salary Range:
- Salary packages will range between 10,000 and 15,000 LE, depending on the experience, commitment and qualifications of the candidate.
- Bonus packages to be considered for exceptional performers who have achieved exceptional measurable results in organic growth.
