Senior Technical Designer

As a Technical Designer with us, you'll:

• Review and analyze design concepts, sketches, and specifications to understand the intended aesthetic and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with pattern makers to develop and modify patterns based on design specifications, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
• Take lead in pattern making for critical projects, if needed.
• Work closely with sample makers to develop prototypes and conduct fittings, ensuring accurate interpretation of design intent and resolving any fit or construction issues.
• Create detailed technical drawings, design specifications, and measurement charts that provide clear instructions for production teams.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow and successful production outcomes.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on samples and production garments to ensure adherence to design specifications, fit, construction, and overall quality standards.
