We’re seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects and elevate our brand identity across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create compelling, on-brand visuals that drive engagement and support strategic goals.

• Develop and execute creative concepts across print, digital, and social media
• Lead design projects from concept to completion
• Mentor junior designers and review design work to ensure brand consistency
• Create assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal communications
• Work with cross-functional teams to interpret business goals into design strategies
• Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep our visual communication fresh and relevant
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
