Job Description

Specific objectives and deliverables will be agreed as part of your annual Performance and Development Review (PDR) process, the points below are a summary of your main duties and responsibilities.

Job specific responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and attracting candidates through different channels.
  2. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  3. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  7. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  10. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  12. Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  13. Communicate with other department /Clients to arrange the technical. Interview Schedule.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).
