Job Description
- Oversee the preparation of LV panel designs, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and general arrangements.
- Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and material specifications.
- Review and improve design processes, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure designs comply with IEC standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance on design challenges and complex technical issues.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the LV panel design team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Allocate workload, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
- Perform technical calculations, component selection, and design validation as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for technical clarifications and design-related discussions with clients and consultants.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in LV panel design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong technical expertise in LV electrical systems and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN).
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
