Job Description
Tours, transfers and excursion planning manager responsibilities as follows:
- Implement all company price data base, create tours & transfer tariff, Cruise handling cost , excursions lists. in coordination with all involved parties of tourism department with All branches in (Cairo/Luxor/Aswan/Hurghada/Sharm/Marsa Alam/ Marsa Matruh) with cost revision including advise & proper solution.
- Negotiate & Sign contract with Main touristic restaurant, Hotel restaurant, cruising restaurant for Head office round trips, Excursion Over day & overnight business for all resorts.
- Evaluate Resort supplier cost to avoid over cost & finalize excursion selling prices.
- Implement hotel Mapping to clear the correct hotel area location at resorts .
- Negotiate new routes with transportation division for the best benefit.
- follow up all governmental decrees related to Travel sector & apply all updates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of tourism or equivalent.
- 6 - 10 years of experience
- Excellent in English language speaking and written
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Inbound sector of tourism.
- Very good at Microsoft outlook and office programs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and customer focus attitude
