Job Description

Event coordinator :


  • Understand requirements for each event
  • Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Book venues and schedule speakers
  • Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
  • Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
  • Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

Admin Assistant :

  • Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Research and collect information
  • Assist with all budget activities, including accounting
  • Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
  • Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
  • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Maintain meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
  • Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, equipment, and disposal

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Excellent command of MS office (word , excel , power point , outlook)
  • Previous Experience in F&B industry (Hotels , Restaurants , food service) 
  • Flexibility to work remotely (this is not an office based job)
