Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and understanding their travel needs.
- Proactively sell travel packages, including accommodations, tours, and experiences, tailored to the preferences of clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide travel advice and support to clients, including visa processing and travel insurance.
- Keep up-to-date with tourism trends to offer relevant and attractive travel solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and patience.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales and operations.
- A bachelor’s degree
- Previous Experience in the Tourism industry is a must.
- Previous experience in direct and remote customer management.
- Fluency in English writing and speaking.
- Proficiency in International airline and hotel booking systems, e.g. Amadeus, NDC. and others
- Strong research and fact-checking skills to ensure accuracy and originality.
