Job Description
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Requirements
- Preferably a graduate.
- 6 months -1 Year Experience in the same role is preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Fluency in Spanish is must.
Working Hours:
Monday till Friday - 7:00PM - 3:00AM, Sundays and Saturdays off.
Location:
Mivida Business Park, New Cairo.
